Fluent in Arabic or English.

Sales Team Manager

Full-time · On-site · Kuwait · Fixed hours

We're seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to build and lead our sales organization across the GCC region. You'll own team management, budget oversight, hiring, and performance tracking while reporting weekly to senior leadership. As a hands-on leader, you'll also actively contribute to sales targets alongside your team.

Lead, hire, and develop sales team members across the GCC region.
Manage team budget and resource allocation.
