#General Help

#How do I create a new account for my business?

1. Go to our website: jaaknow.com
2. Click the Register button (top right).
3. Enter an email address, choose a new password, and enter the company name.
4. Click the Register button to create your new account.
5. You will receive an OTP via email. Enter it in the specified field and click Submit.
6. Log in to your account using the email and password you created.

#How do I set the pickup location?

1. Go to the Organization Settings page.
2. Set your origin (pickup location) using the map. This is where the driver will come to pick up your orders.
3. Add a phone number that the drivers will call upon reaching your pickup location.
4. Click Submit.

#How do I add orders manually?

1. Go to the plan page.
2. Click the New Task button.
3. Enter the destination for the task. This is where the driver will drop off the order.
4. Add the contact details of the customer.
5. Click the Submit button.
6. Repeat the previous steps for each task (order) you intend to deliver.

#How do I see the delivery price?

1. After you have added your tasks, go to the plan page.
2. Select all tasks that are ready for delivery. By default, all tasks are selected for you.
3. Click the button to view the delivery price for your selected orders.

#How do I request a driver?

1. After checking the price, click the Confirm Purchase button.
2. Go to the track page to view the status of your batch.
3. When a driver is assigned, the status badge will change from blue to green.

#How do I pay?

You will receive an invoice from Jaak at the end of every month. You may see all your invoices on the invoices page. You should not pay the driver.

#Shopify

#How do I add a new task from Shopify?

1. Make sure that you have connected your Shopify store to Jaak. You may follow these instructions to connect your Shopify store to Jaak.
2. Go to any order detail page on Shopify.

3. Click the + App block button.

4. Click on Jaak. If you do not see a Jaak option, make sure that you have connected your Shopify store to Jaak. If you have successfully connected your Shopify store to Jaak and still do not see the Jaak option, please try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache.

5. Click the pin icon.

6. Click the Start button to create a new task in Jaak.

7. You can see the new task in your Jaak dashboard on the plan page. You may watch this video for a demonstration.

#How do I bulk add multiple new tasks from Shopify?

1. Go to the orders page on Shopify.
2. Select the orders you want to send to Jaak.
3. Click ... in the menu bar.
4. Click Jaak.

1. Click Send to Jaak.

#How do I connect my Shopify store to Jaak?

1. Go to the Jaak Shopify App page.
2. Click the Install button (or the Open button).

3. You will be taken to the Jaak website and asked to sign in. If you do not have a Jaak account yet, please create one now.
4. You will be asked if you want to connect your Shopify store to Jaak. Click the Yes button to proceed.
5. If installation is successful, you will be taken back to the Organization Settings page. You will see your Shopify store name listed under Connected Shopify Stores section. If the installation was not successful, please repeat the above steps.
6. You may repeat the above steps to connect multiple Shopify stores to Jaak.
