How do I add a new task from Shopify?

  1. Make sure that you have connected your Shopify store to Jaak. You may follow these instructions to connect your Shopify store to Jaak.
  2. Go to any order detail page on Shopify.

  1. Click the + App block button.

  1. Click on Jaak. If you do not see a Jaak option, make sure that you have connected your Shopify store to Jaak. If you have successfully connected your Shopify store to Jaak and still do not see the Jaak option, please try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache.

  1. Click the pin icon.

  1. Click the Start button to create a new task in Jaak. You may watch this video for a demonstration.

  1. You can see the new task in your Jaak dashboard on the plan page.

How do I connect my Shopify store to Jaak?

  1. Go to the Organization Settings page.
  2. Scroll down until you see the Shopify Extension section.
  3. Type your shopify store name, then click the Install Shopify extension button. You may find your shopify store name by following these instructions.

  1. You will be taken to the Shopify website. Click Install.

  1. If installation is successful, you will be taken back to the Organization Settings page.

How do I find my Shopify store name?

  1. Go to https://admin.shopify.com.
  2. Sign in to your Shopify account.

  1. The Shopify store name can be now be seen in the top left corner. In this example, the store name is old-aliens.
