#How do I add a new task from Shopify?

1. Make sure that you have connected your Shopify store to Jaak. You may follow these instructions to connect your Shopify store to Jaak.
2. Go to any order detail page on Shopify.

3. Click the + App block button.

4. Click on `Jaak`. If you do not see a Jaak option, make sure that you have connected your Shopify store to Jaak. If you have successfully connected your Shopify store to Jaak and still do not see the Jaak option, please try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache.

5. Click the pin icon.

6. Click the Start button to create a new task in Jaak.

7. You can see the new task in your Jaak dashboard on the plan page. You may watch this video for a demonstration.

#How do I bulk add multiple new tasks from Shopify?

1. Go to the <code>orders</code> page on Shopify.
2. Select the orders you want to send to Jaak.
3. Click ... in the menu bar.
4. Click Jaak.

#How do I connect my Shopify store to Jaak?

1. Go to the Jaak Shopify App page.
2. Click the Install button (or the Open button).

3. You will be taken to the Jaak website and asked to sign in. If you do not have a Jaak account yet, please create one now.
4. You will be asked if you want to connect your Shopify store to Jaak. Click the Yes button to proceed.
5. If installation is successful, you will be taken back to the Organization Settings page. You will see your Shopify store name listed under Connected Shopify Stores section. If the installation was not successful, please repeat the above steps.
6. You may repeat the above steps to connect multiple Shopify stores to Jaak.

#How do I find my Shopify store name?

1. Go to admin.shopify.com.
2. Sign in to your Shopify account.

3. Click the Settings button.

4. The Shopify store name can be now be seen in the top left corner. In this example, the store name is old-aliens.

5. You may use this Shopify store name to connect your Shopify store to Jaak by following these instructions.
